The Warner Springs Ranch Habitat & Cultural Conservancy is governed  by a Board of Directors who provide oversight to the selection a WSR-HCC  Environmental Compliance Specialist and Resource Manager, assignments  of responsibility, budgets and staff allocations.  The Warner Springs  Ranch Habitat & Cultural Conservancy Environmental Specialist will  serve as the primary contact for the Resource Manager.
